How to buy
Making purchases on our website is easy and convenient!
To begin with, you need to add the products you are interested in to the virtual basket of our store by clicking the corresponding button with the basket image directly from the catalog, or the "Add to basket" button from the card of a specific product. You must select at least 5 packs. After adding all the products you need, go to the virtual basket page by clicking on the "My basket" tab. Here you will see a list of all the products that you have added to your order, their prices, quantities, amounts. The number of each item can be changed by writing the required number in numbers. The system will automatically recalculate the amount.
Next, you proceed to place an order by clicking on the "place an order" tab. The system will prompt you to fill in the necessary contact information: Surname, First name, Patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail, address, where all fields are required. Fill in this information carefully and as fully as possible, so that later there will be no problems with incorrect data.
Then press the button "next" and the system will offer you CDEK and Boxberry delivery - choose what is more convenient for you, and then choose a convenient point of receipt of the goods. The algorithms themselves will calculate the delivery cost and the approximate delivery time. Press "next" and the system will offer you payment by "Robokassa". With the help of "Robokassa" you can pay for goods by card, through a terminal, electronic bank, from a mobile phone account or through Apple and Samsung Pay. At this step, you only choose a payment method, the system will automatically send you to the payment page after placing the order (At the very end). Do not forget about the Promotions! More details in the "Promotions" section.
After payment, you click "next", the system will show you full information about your order and will offer you to "place an order".
Next, you need to check the e-mail box that was specified during checkout, if everything is correct, then you will receive a notification on the e-mail box, where the order number and the order itself are indicated with the "new" status. In the course of processing, you receive email notifications informing you of the stage at which the order is at the moment.
If necessary, the manager can contact you at the specified phone number.
It should be noted that your contact details are stored in the system and if you want to make an order in our online store again, you will be informed that you are authorized. Please confirm or update your contact information. The changes will be automatically saved to your profile.
If you want to place an order on behalf of a different user, log out and proceed to checkout again.
At the end of the Contact Information, the system will offer you to register as a regular customer by ticking the box. You will need to enter your e-mail and come up with a password.
